Ahli Jawatankuasa Kerja PAS Pusat, Ustaz Taib Azamuddin Md Taib (gambar) berkata, kejadian itu turut menjadi satu tamparan hebat kepada umat Islam di negara ini, memandangkan negara ini adalah negara umat Islam dengan Islam sebagai agama rasminya.
Menurut beliau, dalam masa yang sama, ia turut melibatkan maruah para mufti sendiri di tanah air kerana Malaysia turut memiliki mufti yang ramai yang berjumlah 14 orang di seluruh negara.
Katanya, selain itu, ia turut memberikan tamparan hebat kepada menteri yang bertanggungjawab terhadap hal ehwal Islam yang berada di JPM yang walaupun tidak mempunyai kementerian khusus, tetapi berfungsi sebagai menteri yang bertanggungjawab penuh terhadap hal ehwal Islam di negara ini.
"Memang amat mengaibkan. Dah lebih 50 tahun Kerajaan BN yang ditunjangi Umno memerintah negara ini, tetapi masih gagal mengatasi masalah ini," katanya ketika dihubungi, hari ini.
Akhbar milik MCA, The Star semalam menyiarkan statistik tahun ini yang dikeluarkan oleh Pertubuhan Kesihatan Dunia (WHO) bahawa Malaysia menduduki "ranking Top 10" peminum arak paling ramai di dunia.
WHO turut menjelaskan, Malaysia membelanjakan US$500 juta (RM1.5 bilion) untuk alkohol dengan kadar penggunaan per kapita sebanyak 7 liter, manakala penggunaan beer di Malaysia pula mencecah 11 liter per kapita.
Menurut Ustaz Taib, para pemimpin Umno sepatutnya berasa malu dengan statistik itu, memandangkan sebelum ini mereka begitu bangga apabila Amerika Syarikat mengiktiraf Malaysia sebagai negara Islam contoh.
Antara pemimpin Umno yang jelas menyuarakan kebanggaannya dengan pengiktirafan Amerika itu termasuklah Timbalan Perdana Menteri, Tan Sri Muhyidin Yassin sendiri.
"Jadi sekarang apakah sudahnya? Patutlah Amerika mahu Malaysia jadi negara Islam contoh. Tidakkah para pemimpin Umno malu dengan apa yang berlaku itu?" katanya sinis.
Beliau yang juga Ahli Parlimen Baling berkata, walaupun secara dasarnya statistik itu melibatkan orang bukan Islam, tetapi kejadian itu tidak akan berlaku sekiranya Kerajaan BN tahu melaksanakan tanggungjawabnya terhadap rakyat.
"Sebagai kerajaan yang bertanggungjawab, Kerajaan BN tidak sepatutnya membiarkan rakyatnya begitu bebas dengan minuman arak, tetapi mestilah ada dasar tertentu yang perlu dilaksanakan bagi kawalan dan pemantauannya.
"Selain itu, kerajaan juga perlu melaksanakan dasar-dasar tertentu ke arah mendidik rakyatnya agar faham dengan bahaya minuman keras. Tetapi tanggungjawab itu ternyata gagal dilaksanakan oleh Kerajaan BN," katanya.
Beliau turut bimbang jika statistik itu juga turut membabitkan umat Islam sendiri, memandangkan di negara kita sememangnya terdapat anak pemimpin sendiri yang menjadi taukeh syarikat arak terbesar di Filipina, San Miguel, manakala bapanya pula asyik menghentam ulama kononnya dialah yang lebih pandai mengenai hukum-hakam.
Lebih jauh dari itu, katanya, walaupun umat Islam sendiri tidak meminumnya, tetapi kegitan itu juga pasti turut melibatkan umat Islam kerana persoalan arak itu sendiri melibatkan 10 perkara atau 10 pihak.
"Antaranya termasuklah pihak yang mengeluarkan lesen penjualan arak, orang yang menyediakan pembuatannya, orang yang menghidangnya dan orang yang mengangkutnya.
"Walaupun saya hanya menyebut beberapa perkara dari 10 perkara itu, tetapi dari yang saya sebutkan itu, tidakkah ia juga turut terbabit dengan umat Islam?" tegasnya.
Dengan kedudukan Malaysia di tangga ke-10 peminum arak tertinggi di dunia, jelas beliau, ternyata menunjukkan Kerajaan BN yang ditunjangi Umno tidak mengambil berat tentang perkara itu, walaupun ia akan mendatangkan kesan amat buruk kepada negara.
"Arak adalah ibu maksiat. Jika ia tidak ditangani dengan baik, ia pasti akan mendatangkan masalah besar kepada peminumnya sendiri, keluarga, masyarakat dan negara, termasuk mempertingkatkan lagi kes-kes gejala sosial," katanya.
Menurut beliau lagi, tokoh gerakan Islam, Al-Syahid Syed Qutb di dalam bukunya "Fi Zilli Quran" menjelaskan, kelebihan kepimpinan Islam antara lain akan menjaga dan mendokong kedaulatan agama, dakwah dan akhlak rakyatnya.
"Dalam Umno BN ternyata tidak ada landasan itu. Ia amat berbeza dengan PAS. Inilah yang perlu disedari oleh seluruh rakyat negara ini dengan memberikan sokongan padu kepada PAS dan Pakatan Rakyat, bagi membolehkan negara muncul sebagai negara yang diberkati Allah," ujar beliau.

Airtel Call Home Shutdown Service Closed

This is something new, we have seen very less voip and calling cards provider shutting down their service. On the one hand Spice group bought Mediaringtalk and rebranded as Sunno-voip, and on the other side Airtel Call Home : Airtel Call India Calling Card service is shutting down its voip service.

Reason for this shutdown, closure of AirtelCallHome service is not known. AirtelCallHome mentions on its website that "Due to unforeseen circumstances, Airtel Call Home will not be able to extend its services from 30th June 2011 (2400 hrs)onwards. While we recommend you to consume your available talk time, we assure you that all unutilized talk time balance within the validity period will be duly refunded".

New user Signup is already closed by Airtelcallhome. You will not be able to recharge any further from 5th June ’2011. Toll free/Local Access services shall remain fully functional till 30th June ‘2011.

Regarding the refund of voip credit, AirtelCallhome mentions :
"You may apply for refund by contacting our customer care or write an email. Customer Care will raise trouble ticket and initiate refund. Kindly note that Customer Credit card should not be expired/ blocked at the time of refund, through which original transaction is processed. Refund may take upto 15days and hence it is strongly recommended to consume your balance by 30th June. Standard refund process applies. You may contact the call centre for any clarifications".

I would suggest you to consume your voip credit before the service gets shutdown, as you would like to avoid hurdle of getting refund.

As the calling rates to India have already been very low now, the scope for calling cards is very less. What we see in the future is pure voip calling. I believe people will be switching to mobile voip (with 3G/Wifi facilities already available) and making absolutely free calls on their smartphone.

PAKCIK diberi keutamaan oleh The Four Horsemen dari kepulauan Borneo untuk membentangkan kertas kerja berkenaan penubuhan Malaysia tahun 1963 dan perkara-perkara bersabit 1963. Ulasan pakcik hari ini banyak berdasarkan fakta-fakta sejarah yang dipetik dari pelbagai sumber yang dipercayai, termasuk transkrip orang Inggeris di Parlimen British. Tugasan-tugasan di atas diserahkan untuk tindakan lanjut pakcik, maksudnya penulisan dan pembentangan dalam bahasa ibunda.

Sebut saja ‘sejarah’, pasti ada pembaca-pembaca yang mula hilang minat. Maklum saja lah manusia-manusia zaman plastik sekarang cenderung kepada sesuatu ala tema Maggie Mee ‘cepat dimasak sedap dimakan’. Minta maaf, pembentangan kertas kerja hari ini tidak dapat dipercepatkan. Tetapi kita mungkin boleh buat ia jadi sedap didengar.

Lantaran itu pakcik diberi peranan untuk bercerita. Dua sebab. Pertama, Bahasa Malaysia, atau singkatannya BM, senang difahami oleh setiap lapisan masyarakat, termasuk orang Penan. 100 peratus orang Malaysia boleh membaca BM, sedikit pengecualian diberi kepada orang Cina dan India. Masih ada segelintir mereka yang tidak pandai membaca bahasa kebangsaan, walaupun sudah lebih 40 tahun bermastutin di negara ini. Tertanya-tanya pakcik, adakah mereka-mereka ini sebetul-betulnya rakyat Malaysia. Barangkali bila bencana melanda baru kita boleh kesan mana satu Malaysia jati mana yang Malaysia setinggan.

Sebab keduanya pula ialah pakcik Julaihi pandai bercerita - demikian anggukkan datuk-nenek adik-kakak di rumah. Lantaran itu pakcik terpaksa - konon-kononnya terpaksa - membentangkan kertas kerja kita hari ini dengan gaya dan ragam yang sudah jadi resmi pakcik Julaihi, dilakukan demi mengekalkan minat pembaca. Dengan itu, penggunaan Bahasa Baku berakhir setakat ini. Hujah-hujah, dakwah atau dakyah yang seterusnya perlu diadunkan dengan bahasa Gila-Gila atau arwah Din Beramboi.

Minta maaf, cerita kita hari ini ada sedikit mabuk, dari segi pengolahan bahasa. Hentam sana hentam sini, hentam atas belakang, kasi tangkap syok topik yang boring. Part-part lain kita tak mabuk. Waras sewaras-warasnya.

BAHASA MALAYSIA

Siapa bilang Gadis Melayu tidak menarik, tidak memikat hati? Demikian dendangan Mawi dan Jamal Abdillah. Gadis Melayu memang cun giler. Dia punya lenggok boleh memukau pak Arab. Tetapi Gadis Melayu tak secantik Gadis Malaya. Ada lagi satu gadis idaman kalbu, tangga teratas dari Gadis Melayu dan Gadis Malaya. Kelahiran campuran Sabah dan Sarawak, nama sang puteri ialah Gadis Malaysia.

Siapa bilang Bahasa Melayu tidak menarik, tidak memikat hati? Demikian pertanyaan Anwar Ibrahim dan Hishamuddin Hussein. Pakcik yang bilang! Pakcik kata Bahasa Melayu memang tak menarik langsung, tak ada kelas, tak sedap, tak ketat, tak nyaman. Ha, lagi engkau!

Sekejap bahasa pengantaraan jadi Bahasa Baku, kejap jadi Bahasa Malaysia, kejap jadi Bahasa Melayu, kejap jadi Bahasa Malaya aper ntah. Lepas tu dia banyak versi. Ada bahasa Kolumpo, ada bahasa Putrajaya, ada bahasa filem cetak rompak. Ada pulak istilah-istilah bahasa Indonesia di-bilang-kan dan di-bisa-kan dalam bahasa Malaysia. Tapi pandai pulak diaorang reject ‘membutuhkan’.

Tapi pakcik tak mahu lagi dah berjuang, berbilang, berbisa, atau berbutuh dalam belukar bahasa. Banyak kali dah pakcik tulis bab-bab ni. Pendirian Kementerian Pendidikan masih serupa orang mabuk, kejap ke hulu kejap ke hilir. Diaorang nak aper sebenarnya - bangsa ke bahasa? Kita orang Sabah dan Sarawak, penganut setia BM zaman-berzaman, jadi bengang bila bangsa Melayu sendiri buat murtad pada bahasa dia. Tau tak per.

Kalau ikut-ikut lah kan, kalau digunapakai 20-Point Agreement (Sabah) dan 18-Point Agreement (Sarawak) semasa penubuhan Persekutuan Malaysia 16 September, 1963, bahasa rasmi Sabah dan Sarawak ialah Bahasa Inggeris.

POINT 2: “Malay should be the national language of the Federation. English should be an official language of North Borneo for all purposes, State or Federal, without limitation of time.”

Habis tu siapa yang pandai-pandai gantikan English dengan BM di sekolah-sekolah kerajaan di Sabah dan Sarawak? Malaya yang buat, bermula tahun 1979 kalau tak silap pakcik. Lepas tu bila Sabah dan Sarawak dengan sukarela menerima subjek BM dalam bilik darjah, bila ibubapa-ibubapa sanggup berbelanja untuk beli buku sekolah buat anak-anak, Malaya pulak buat macam-macam pada Bahasa Malaysia setiap kali tukar menteri pendidikan - 1983, 1987, 2006, kalau tak silap pakcik.

POINT 15: “The existing educational system of North Borneo should be maintained and for this reason it should be under state control.”

Orang Borneo masa tu semua pandai English. Ayahanda pakcik sempat buat Master lagi kat Eropah. Tapi Borneo baik hati pada Malaya. Borneo anggap BM sebagai satu cara Malaysia boleh buat satu identiti, dan Borneo pun melupakan identiti mereka demi identiti nasional. Demi Malaysia kita orang Borneo sanggup berkorban. Demi negara!

Bila Borneo sudi menerima pendidikan Malaya, jangan lah pulak orang Malaya haru-birukan bahasa kita seMalaysia. Cukup lah tu. Sains dan Matematik bukan orang Melayu yang buat. Kalau molek matapelajaran sains dan matematik diajar dalam bahasa Inggeris, apa salah nyer? Isu-isu nasionalisma tu tak payah dimainkan. Inggeris ker, Arab ker, Cina ker, tak hilang Malaysia kita, tak rugi apa pun kita.

Atau Melayu yang rugi? Begitu ye? Sound lah awal-awal. Cover line di sini ialah bahasa ialah demi bangsa dan bukan integrasi nasional, identiti negara. Begitu ye? BM kena diubahsuai supaya pelajar Malaya senang pandai, pelajar Borneo lambat nak pandai. Begitu ye? Kalau itu perjuangan Malaya, Borneo kena tarik diri.

Untuk tidak terus pening kepala memikirkan isu BM ni dan tanpa perlu menunggu buku teks sekolah diubahsuai sekali lagi, pakcik dan angkatan The Four Horsemen, bermula dari hari ini, saat ini, mengiktiraf hanya satu jenis BM di Malaysia iaitu Bahasa Baku. Lain-lain BM selain daripada Bahasa Baku adalah tidak sah, tidak berguna dan kurang-Malaysia lebih-Melayu. Lain-lain BM, seperti bahasa yang pakcik gunakan di sini dianggap bahasa mabuk atau bahasa bohsia atau bahasa blog. Itu pendirian kita.

AGAMA ISLAM

Sama kes dengan Bahasa Melayu, agama Islam bukan agama rasmi di kepulauan Borneo. Demikian peruntukan 20-Point Agreement (Sabah) dan 18-Point Agreement (Sarawak).

POINT 1: “While there was no objection to Islam being the national religion of Malaysia there should be no State religion in North Borneo, and the provisions relating to Islam in the present Constitution of Malaya should not apply to North Borneo.”

Tak payah diulas dengan panjang lebar, nanti ada pihak yang terlebih akal. Hakikatnya ialah Islam atau Kristian atau Hindu atau Buddha, termasuk animisma, adalah OPTIONAL ITEM di Sabah dan Sarawak. Silakan memilih, tapi jangan dipaksa. Jangan gunakan peruntukan undang-undang Islam Malaya ke atas aspek keagamaan di Sabah dan Sarawak. Tunku Abdul Rahman saksi perjanjian kita.

KELAHIRAN MALAYSIA

“Tanggal 31, bulan lapan, lima puluh tujuh…” Demikian nyanyian allahyarham Sudirman Haji Arshad. Ada pulak seorang lagi artis Malaya buat lagu kemerdekaan Malaysia. “Saya anak Malaysia… sembilan belas lima puluh tujuh, bulan lapan aku dilahirkan….” Pesanan pakcik buat mamat-mamat yang sekolah tak cukup: “Engkorang anak Malaya sebenarnya, bukan anak Malaysia.”

Buat orang-orang Malaysia yang sebetul-betulnya Malaysia, ingat ini baik-baik. Ingat sampai ke anak-cucu. Tak kira apa kata orang Malaya, tak kira apa diaorang tulis dalam buku sejarah sekolah tadika sekalipun, sebetul-betulnya perkara ialah Malaysia merdeka tanggal 16 bulan sembilan tahun 1963. Satu dunia tahu. Komunis-komunis pun tahu.

Ingat, nama MALAYSIA hanya bertapak dengan rasminya pada tahun 1963, bukan 1957 seperti yang digila-gilakan orang Malaya. Borneo hanya bersetuju untuk meraikan ulang tahun Kemerdekaan Malaysia pada 31 Ogos. Haribulan sahaja, bukan tahun. Rancangan asal ialah Malaysia merdeka 31 Ogos, 1963. Tetapi disebabkan beberapa masalah semasa pembentukkan Malaysia ketika itu, Malaysia akhirnya berjaya ditubuhkan pada 16 September, 1963. Secara dasarnya 31 Ogos; secara praktikalnya 16 September.

“During September, 1962, the legislative assemblies of (Sabah) and Sarawak adopted resolutions unanimously welcoming in principle the decision to establish Malaysia by 31st August this year (1963).”

MALAYA MASUK MALAYSIA

Ingat lagi satu perkara. Ingat sampai ke anak-cucu. Sabah dan Sarawak tidak MASUK Malaysia. Sabah dan Sarawak adalah dua bahagian daripada empat bahagian, termasuk Malaya dan Singapura, yang membentukkan satu negara bernama Malaysia. Sebenarnya lima bahagian kalau dikira Brunei sekali. Tapi Brunei masa tu tak nak bercantum dengan kitaorang.

Perlu rasanya pakcik menerangkan lebih lanjut kes masuk-masuk ni. Persekutuan atau dalam bahasa Inggeris ‘Federation’, bermaksud dua kerajaan, atau lebih, bergabung untuk membentuk satu negara, tetapi sempadan masing-masing tidak terusik. Sama macam empat buah rumah buat satu kampung kecil. Kita sekampung dalam Malaysia, tetapi sempadan rumah aku, sempadan rumah engkau dan apa kita buat dalam rumah kita, masing-masing punya hak. Isteri aku engkau jangan usik. Anak perempuan aku kalau engkau nak, engkau masuk meminang. Pokok durian aku dan ayam ternakan aku kalau engkau nak, aku boleh sedekahkan. Jangan jadi kurang hajar macam UMNO di Sabah.

Kalau dilihat dari sudut kritis dan sinis, sebenarnya Sabah dan Sarawak yang buat Malaysia. Maka sebetul-betulnya kata, Malaya yang masuk Malaysia. Kalau Malaya tak sedap hati dengan pendapat pakcik ni, apa kata kita satu Malaysia ubah mentaliti kita. Mulai hari ini jangan lagi ada bisikan-bisikan ‘Sabah dan Sarawak masuk Malaysia’. Selepas ini kalau ada stesen TV, suratkhabar atau majalah yang kata Sabah Sarawak Masuk Malaysia, kita saman dia.

KAMPUNG MALAYSIA

Sebelum Malaysia, kerajaan-kerajaan manusia bersiong sekitar Gunung Ledang, kampung-kampung pelarian Siam persisiran laut Terengganu, mukim-mukim lanun bersara sepanjang Selat Tebrau, kongsi-kongsi lombong dan estat-estat kuli getah sekitar Lembah Klang dikenali sebagai Persekutuan Tanah Melayu atau Malaya sehingga 1963. Bukan Malaya yang buat Malaysia. Kerajaan British yang tentukan nasib jadi ke tak jadi Malaysia.

MALAYA MERAYU PADA BORNEO

Ingat satu lagi perkara. Ingat sampai ke anak-cucu. Malaya yang beriya-iya memujuk Sabah dan Sarawak untuk buat satu negara dengan Malaya dan Singapura. Borneo endah tak endah, mahu tak mahu, jadi tak jadi, selamba jer. Sabah dan Sarawak masa tu ada pilihan. Sama macam Brunei ada pilihan. Dia nak ke tak nak buat negara dengan Malaya, tak boleh paksa.

Malaya kowtim, bagi makan best-best, urut-urut, bawa round kampung wakil-wakil Borneo yang dijemput melawat Semenanjung Tanah Melayu. Minah-minah kabaret pun masuk menu kot. Tetapi Borneo masih tak suka MELAYU RAYA. Borneo pilih MALAYSIA. Ha! Dengar tu. Sabah dan Sarawak yang pilih nama Malaysia. Itu pasal nama Malaysia ada sehingga ke hari ini.

POINT 5: “Malaysia” but not “Melayu Raya”

Sabah dan Sarawak juga yang tentukan rupa bentuk bendera Malaysia. Kalau diikutkan pilihan Malaya, bendera Malaysia ada lambang keris bersilang dikelilingi bintang pecah lima. Engkorang ni tak habis-habis dengan Keris, serupa Iban Sarawak tak habis-habis dengan terabai.

BORNEO BELA MELAYU

Ingat satu lagi perkara. Perkara paling penting. Ingat sampai ke anak-cucu. Sabah dan Sarawak menyelamatkan keris-bersilang-bintang-pecah-lima di Malaya, sehingga hari ini Malaya masih ada raja-raja. Sehingga Melayu boleh membesar sebagai johan dan bertaktha sebagai UMNO. Jasa Sabah dan Sarawak sangat besar kepada Melayu. Sabah dan Sarawak bela nasib Melayu dari hari pertama Malaysia ditubuhkan dan dibutuhkan.

Sebelum ada Malaysia, Singapura dah dua kali cadangkan Malaya dan Singapura bergabung buat satu negara – pertengahan 50an dan 1959. Tapi Melayu di Malaya takut. Melayu takut! Sebut sekali lagi, Melayu takut! Takut bukan apa. Cina Singapura campur Cina Malaya, tenggelam Melayu.

Menurut bancian 1960 di Malaya: Melayu 3.460 juta; Cina 2.552 juta; India 700 ribu. Bancian di Singapura pula: Melayu 232 ribu; Cina 1.253 juta; India 140 ribu. Malaya campur Singapura: Melayu 3.6 juta, Cina 3.8 juta. Cina masa itu memang dah kaya raya, ada kekuatan tentera Chin Peng pulak tu. Maksudnya, tuan-tuan dan puan-puan, kalau Singapura dan Malaya buat satu negara, Malaysia hari ini adalah negara Cina. Islam akan dikulupkan dibawah pengaruh komunis.

Dr Ooi Keat Gin, pakar sejarah Asia Tenggara:

“Why Malaysia? The initiative apparently came from the wishes of Singapore’s leaders. David Marshall, Chief Minister of Singapore during the mid-1950s, was keen for a merger but the Tunku then was reluctant. Then in 1959, when Lee Kuan Yew of the People’s Action Party assumed the chief ministership, he too proposed a Malaya-Singapore merger for economic and political reasons. The Tunku’s initial reaction was at best lukewarm. As the political Left in Singapore gained momentum, however, the Tunku began to warm up to Lee’s persuasive arguments of merger.

Although the Tunku and his Malay colleagues in the United Malay National Organisation (UMNO) did not want to have a Left-leaning Singapore as their neighbour, neither did they wish for a merger with Chinese-dominated Singapore that would mean upsetting the racial arithmetic in favour of the Chinese.

The Borneo territories then became imperative components in the wider federation scheme. Nearly 70% of the nearly 1.3 million inhabitants (1960 census) of Sabah, Brunei and Sarawak comprised Malay-Muslims and non-Muslim indigenous peoples, the Borneo territories were viewed favourably as a counterweight to Singapore’s Chinese majority.”

Malaya hanya berani buat negara dengan Singapura kalau Borneo juga masuk sama. Dengan adanya Melayu-Muslim dan masyarakat pribumi yang ramai di Sabah dan Sarawak, pecahan penduduk Cina dan bukan-Cina di Malaysia jadi seimbang.

Dr Ooi Keat Gin: “This racial arithmetic, however, hinged on an assumption: “that in extreme racial issues the indigenous population of Borneo might choose to align themselves with the Malays (of Malaya), to whom they were racially akin, rather than to the Chinese”.”

Bila tahu Cina tak boleh dah pegang Malaya, Singapura keluar Malaysia 9 Ogos 1965. Sekaligus Melayu menjadi majoriti di Malaysia. Tetapi peranan Borneo dalam politik Malaysia kekal. Kalau bukan kerana Sabah dan Sarawak, orang Cina sudah jadi Perdana Menteri Malaysia pada tahun 1969. Sila rujuk peristiwa berdarah 13 May.

Ha! Lagi Melayu nak sombong kat orang Borneo? Ha! Cetakkan cerita ini dan baling kat muka diaorang. Bagi UMNO baca puas-puas. Sedar diri tu sikit. Cakap kat dia, diaorang tu sebenarnya penakut. Dia jadi berani hanya bila Sabah dan Sarawak jadi geng dia. Kalau bukan kerana Sabah dan Sarawak, entah apa jadi dengan nasib Melayu.

BUMIPUTERA KITA

Kita tahulah Malaya memang penakut, tapi apa yang Malaya phobia sangat dengan Borneo? Tak cukup dia nak meng-UMNO-kan satu Borneo, PAS Malaya ada pulak cita-cita nak meng-Islam-kan satu Malaysia. Respeklah sikit. Ingat janji kita tahun 1963. Ingat jangan tak ingat.

Malaya ada singaphobia ye? Takut Sabah dan Sarawak keluar Malaysia macam Singapura keluar Malaysia tahun 1965 ye? Malaya takut rugi tak ada minyak dan kayu balak ye? Malaya takut Cina kembali berkuasa ye? Malaya takut Tun Perak kena berlawan sorang-sorang dengan Siam ye? Malaya takut, kalau tiada Sabah dan Sarawak, Malaysia akan dilabelkan negara 100 peratus extremis Islam oleh kuasa barat ye?

Habis tu apasal pentingkan sangat isu-isu Melayu Malaya bila berurusan dengan hal ehwal Borneo? Seolah-olah Melayu itu satu komoditi yang boleh dilombong, ditebang, digerudi sehingga dapat memuntahkan jongkong-jongkong emas? Melayu dan Bumiputera Borneo sebenarnya sama perahu, sama nasib, sama impian, sama perjuangan, sama cap. Bumiputera Borneo pun setaraf Melayu Malaya juga tau? Baca 20-Point Agreement (Sabah) dan 18-Point Agreement (Sarawak).

POINT 12: “In principle, the indigenous races of North Borneo should enjoy special rights analogous to those enjoyed by Malays in Malaya, but the present Malays’ formula in this regard is not necessarily applicable in North Borneo.”

Entah apa tafsiran engkorang tapi kefahaman pakcik tentang POINT 12 ialah hak-hak keistimewaan orang Melayu di Malaya dikongsi sama dengan masyarakat Bumiputera Sabah dan Sarawak. Selain daripada garisan halus yang memisahkan Melayu Malaya dan Bumiputera Borneo, pada dasarnya Bumiputera di serata Malaysia berkongsi nasib, duduk sama rendah berdiri sama tinggi.

Itu janji kita dulu. Itu sumpah kita walau sampai ke liang lahad. Borneo sudah membela nasib Melayu Malaya di zaman kegetiran 1960-an, bersama-sama dengan Melayu Malaya menembak komunis-komunis di hutan Pahang, sehingga hari ini mereka membesar sebagai johan, bertaktha sebagai UMNO. Giliran Melayu Malaya pula membela Borneo. Silakan!…

SELEPAS MERDEKA

Nyanyian Pakcik Haji Julaihi:

“Saya anak Malaysia,

saya anak Malaysia 1963,

bulan sem-bilan aku dilahirkan,

Disebuah negeri yang diberi nama Negeri Sarawak,

Saya anak Malaysia, saya anak Malaysia,

Kata mereka kita satu negara,

Kata mereka kita satu bangsa,

Aku pergi sini dan aku pergi sana,

Rupa-rupanya kita tak sama”.

Sim Kwang Yang, bekas MP Bandar Kuching, menulis keluhan beliau dalam thenutgraph.com pada 15 September 2008, “The long-standing question among Sabahans and Sarawakians has been this: Have the promises of Malaysian independence been fulfilled for the people of these two states, or have they been liberated from British colonial rule in 1963, only to become quasi-colonies of Kuala Lumpur?”

Keluhan-keluhan budak Sim ni bukan perkara baru. Sejurus selepas Singapura keluar Malaysia tahun 1965, Borneo sudah terasa perubahan sikap Malaya. Tanpa Singapura, dan selepas Cina dikalahkan pada 13 May 1969, Melayu Malaya jadi angkuh. Dan bila Bapa Kemerdekaan bertukar Bapak UMNO, muncul lah watak-watak dayus dan kulup seperti yang kita lihat sekarang. Mereka ini lah yang mengilhamkan ramai lagi watak-watak dayus dan kulup seperti Bung Mokhtar di Sabah dan Taib Mahmud di Sarawak. Maka semakin lah dayus dan kulup Iban-Iban PBDS… sekulup-kulupnya Temenggung Jugah.

The Cobbold Commission published its findings in Report of the Commission of Enquiry, North Borneo and Sarawak in August 1962: “It is a necessary condition that, from the outset, Malaysia should be regarded by all concerned as an association of partners, combining in the common interests to create a new nation but retaining their own individualities.

“If any idea were to take root that Malaysia would involve a ‘take-over’ of the Borneo territories by the Federation of Malaya and the submersion of the individualities of North Borneo and Sarawak, Malaysia would not, in my judgement, be generally acceptable or successful.”

Berjaya sudah Malaya mengelirukan Suruhanjaya Cobbold dan Borneo purba. Habis madu sepah dibuang. Selepas merdeka, Malaya menunjukkan warna sebenar Malaya. Malaya sudah lupa janji kita. Malaya sudah lupa sumpah kita. Seandainya syurga yang jadi saksi sumpah kita tahun 1963, alamat tak masuk syurga orang-orang Malaya. Dayus dan kulup.

KEKULUPAN MALAYA

Tetapi apa yang Borneo dapat berkat penat-lelah, berani-mati, semangat setiakawan yang kita berikan dengan penuh komitmen dan dedikasi kepada Kerajaan Malaya? Borneo dulu ada pilihan selain dari Malaysia. Borneo boleh take-its-time macam Brunei. Ding dong-ding dong dalam jagaan British. Tapi Borneo pilih Malaysia. Borneo pilih untuk berkongsi minyak, kekayaan hasil semulajadi, aspirasi politik dengan Malaya. Borneo pilih untuk berkongsi nasib, duduk sama rendah berdiri sama tinggi, apa nak jadi jadilah, dengan Malaya.

Andaikata Cina-Cina Singapura melanggar Malaya masa itu, pakcik pasti angkatan pemburu kepala dari Kepulauan Borneo akan bangkit membantu Malaya. Borneo pilih Malaya sebagai saudara. Saudara sehidup semati.

Tetapi apa yang saudara kita di Malaya buat pada Borneo? Lihat lah wahai insan-insan di dunia apa balasan kita menyuap nasi, menyarung baju perisai, memberi keris kepada Malaya. Dia masih tak berani berlawan dengan Singapura sehingga ke hari ini. Tetapi dia berani menikam Borneo dari belakang. Saudara kita sendiri mencederakan kita. Saudara kita, ya Allah.

KEDAYUSAN MALAYA

Pakcik tak mahu bercakap dari kepala kosong. Tak pasal-pasal nanti orang KeAdilan kata pakcik dua kali lima Khairy Jamaluddin - tin kosong dari Oxford. Pakcik petik pendapat pakar undang-undang perlembagaan Dr Shad Saleem Faruqi. Kata beliau, Sabah dan Sarawak adalah dua rakan-kongsi yang penting dalam kompeni Malaysia, sebagaimana yang diwartakan dalam 20-Point Agreement. Borneo ada suara politik, kekuatan ekonomi dan hasil semulajadi yang tidak terdapat di mana-mana negeri di Malaya. Sabah dan Sarawak seharusnya diberi peranan besar dalam menentukan nasib negara.

Dr Shad: “But whether (Sabah and Sarawak) are afforded those special rights in the administration, that is the question.”

Jawapan pakcik kepada Dr Shad, nak pegang jawatan ketua setiausaha dalam pentadbiran awam pun tak pernah dapat. Bekas ketua menteri Sabah Bernard Dompok setuju 100 peratus dengan kenyataan ini. Sabah nak buat stesen TV dia sendiri pun tak boleh, dari awal 80an lagi memohon.

Diingatkan sekali lagi, secara dasarnya MALAYSIA 1963 mengilhamkan Sabah dan Sarawak sebagai dua daripada empat wilayah dalam Malaysia… disamping Malaya dan Singapura sebagai dua lagi wilayah. Maksudnya di sini, tuan-tuan dan puan-puan, Sabah atau Sarawak bukan salah satu daripada negeri-negeri dalam Malaysia. Borneo ialah kerajaan dia sendiri dalam pentadbiran Malaysia sama seperti Wales kerajaan dia sendiri dalam pentadbiran United Kingdom dan France Guinea dalam pentadbiran Perancis.

1.Kedah, N9, Pahang, Kelantan, Johor, Perak, Perlis, Selangor, Terengganu, Pulau Pinang, Melaka dan Kuala Lumpur adalah 12 negeri-negeri dalam Malaya.

2.Tawau, Sandakan, Sepitang, Kundasang, Kota Kinabalu dan sebagainya adalah negeri-negeri dalam Sabah.

3.Kuching, Sibu, Bintulu, Miri, Limbang, Lawas dan sebagainya adalah negeri-negeri dalam Sarawak.

4.Chinatown-chinatown adalah negeri-negeri dalam Singapura.

Pasal itu bila empat wilayah ini - Singapura, Sabah, Sarawak dan Malaya - bergabung, mereka membentuk negara Malaysia. Begitu sebenarnya konsep Malaysia, seperti yang termaktub dalam 20-Point Agreement (Sabah) dan 18-Point Agreement (Sarawak).

POINT 17: “Representation in Federal Parliament. This should take account not only of the population of North Borneo but also of its size and potentialities and in any case should not be less than that of Singapore.”

Borneo masa tu tak kenal pun Kelantan atau Pahang, apatah lagi Langkawi. POINT 17 sebenarnya mengiktiraf Sabah satu negeri, Sarawak satu negeri, Singapura satu negeri dan Malaya satu negeri. Empat negeri-negeri dalam Persekutuan Malaysia. Selangor, Johor, Pulau Pinang dan sebagainya adalah setakat daerah-daerah dalam negeri Malaya. Begitu kefahaman British semasa Malaysia dibentuk tahun 1963.

Kalau Malaya ada 20 MP dalam Federal dan Singapura ada 10 MP dalam Federal, Sabah mesti ada 20 MP, Sarawak mesti ada 20 MP. Bukan macam yang ada sekarang ni. Negeri sekurus-kurusnya Perlis pun ada MP ramai-ramai. Semua kuota MP Singapura Malaya dah ambik ye? Lepas tu dia bagi kat Permatang Pauh ye? Apasal tak bagi Sabah dan Sarawak?

Konsep Malaysia 46 tahun selepas Merdeka dah lari tune dah, sumbang, berat sebelah… dayus dan kulup. Itu lah balasan Borneo membela nasib Malaya.

BORNEO VS MALAYA

MALAYSIA 1963 adalah persekutuan 4 kerajaan – Sabah, Sarawak, Malaya dan Singapura. Singapura keluar persekutuan tahun 1965, tinggal Sabah, Sarawak dan Malaya dalam Malaysia: Sabah satu wilayah, Sarawak satu wilayah dan Malaya satu wilayah. Maka, sebetul-betulnya kata, sewaras-warasnya minda, sejitu-jitunya istilah, Sabah dan Sarawak campur adalah dua pertiga Malaysia; Malaya hanya satu pertiga Malaysia!

Dalam ertikata lain, 12 negeri-negeri Malaya bergabung masih tak setanding Sabah dan Sarawak sebagai dua wilayah. Seharusnya, kerja-kerja pembangunan sosio-politik, ekonomi, dan infrastuktur di Sabah dan Sarawak mesti dibuat lebih pesat daripada mana-mana satu, dua, empat atau 12 negeri-negeri di Malaya bergabung. Kalau Malaysia boleh upgrade-kan Negeri Perlis dari negeri-dunia-ketiga sehingga boleh jadi negeri-membangun dan sekarang negeri-maju, dunia Malaysia seharusnya boleh bangunkan Sabah atau Sarawak dengan usaha 12-kali-Perlis. Pasal Sabah atau Sarawak bukan negeri; ianya satu wilayah besar. Begitu maksud MALAYSIA 1963.

Sebaliknya apa yang berlaku ialah kepentingan-kepentigan Sabah dan Sarawak diperlekehkan setiap kali – kecuali masa pilihanraya Parlimen. Pembangunan di Malaysia, samada budaya pop atau politik nusantara, hanya berlangsung disepanjang garisan tiga bangsa-bangsa di Malaya – Melayu, Cina dan India. Seolah-seolah dasar ekonomi baru tak pandang langsung rakyat Sabah dan Sarawak. Kalau ada pun, setakat tempias-tempias dasar pembangunan.

Seperti dakwaan Sim Kwang Yang - walaupun pakcik tidak begitu setuju -, Sabah dan Sarawak sangat mundur dari segi pembangunan sosio-ekonomi dibandingkan Malaya; antara negeri paling miskin di Malaysia, terletak di kedudukan sedikit atas dari Kelantan.

Trans-Borneo Highway yang menghubungi Sabah dan Sarawak bukan lebuhraya sebenarnya. Apa lebuhraya kalau setakat dua lorong? Banyak kali dah bas ekspres dengan bas ekspres bertembung di tengah-tengah jalan. Ya lah, kat Malaya pun ada kemalangan yang sama. Tapi itu berlaku kerana pemandu-pemandu Malaya semua lesen kowtim punya, lebuhraya 8-lorong pun bas boleh bertembung dengan lori. Lepas tu orang Malaya minta lagi jalan dibesarkan supaya tak kemalangan maut. Malaysia pun bagi lagi peruntukkan meluaskan jalan, kalau boleh satu kereta satu lorong.

Sabah dan Sarawak pam berjuta-juta duit ke dalam tabung Federal hasil keluaran gas asli dan petroleum. Borneo hormat syarat-syarat negara Federal. Maka Borneo pun berpuas hati dengan setakat 5 peratus; atau dalam perbandingan matematik kaki-lima Borneo bagi RM100 juta kepada Malaysia, Borneo simpan untuk bekal dia sendiri setakat 5 juta. Setiap tahun pulak tu. Kerajaan persekutuan Malaysia, melalui Petronas, mengagih-agihkan kekayaan pembangunan kepada negeri-negeri di Malaysia, termasuk Labuan. Yang pelik nya tu, hampir semua pembangunan bertumpu di Malaya sahaja, siap ada Twin Towers lagi diaorang. Dah Malaya banyak sangat duit, diaorang senang-senang jer buat by-election di sana-sini. Itu duit Borneo tu diaorang guna.

Iya lah, negeri-negeri lain pun ada bagi duit juga kat Federal. Pahang kerja siang-malam banting tulang tapi setakat boleh bagi RM10 juta kepada Federal. Melaka pancing ikan dan pelancong hari-hari tapi boleh bagi setakat RM12 juta jer. Sawah padi di Kedah boleh bagi RM7 juta jer. Sabah dan Sarawak senang-senang bagi RM500 juta setahun.

Kita belum cakap lagi pasal Subsidi. Ada subsidi minyak, subsidi barang-barang terkawal, subsidi makanan, subsidi sekolah dan macam-macam lagi lah subsidi. Bonus Perkhidmatan Awam dan tangga gaji naik dua tiga skala pun ada. Orang Malaya bukan tahu pun dari mana datangnya semua duit tu. Diaorang cuma tahu bedal jer. Lepas tu pandai pulak tunjuk lagak kat orang Sabah dan Sarawak. Malaysia naik angkasa guna duit Borneo, diaorang tahu ke?

Malaysia selepas Singapura adalah persekutuan tiga sahabat - Malaya, Sabah dan Sarawak. Labuan dan Putrajaya adalah hasil persetubuhan tiga sahabat. Jadi jangan anak-tirikan Sabah atau Sarawak kerana kita bukan anak-anak. Kalau Malaya tu seorang bapak, kita emak anak.

Bila lambat si-bapak kat Federal kasi belanja, banyak kali Sabah dan Sarawak korek tabung dia sendiri untuk buat projek Malaysia dia. Sarawak hantar satu kontinjen atlit-atlit dia bertanding di Australia tahun 2004. Semua kos tanggung sendiri. Ada lah seorang dua menang. Siapa dapat nama? Bendera Malaysia juga yang dikibarkan.

Walaupun miskin dan terpinggir jauh dari pusat tamadun Malaysia di Kuala Lumpur, orang-orang Sabah giat berlatih sehingga mereka boleh menang Akademi Fantasia dan Juara-Juara Lagu. Ha! Itu baru nama KUALITI MALAYSIA yang betul-betul kualiti. Bob Limbang bukan apa tak menang. Kualiti memang kualiti tapi Limbang tak cukup handphone.

Bukan macam artis-artis Malaya yang ramai-ramai masuk industri hiburan pasal bapa dia Yusuf Haslam atau emak dia ada bau-bau bacang dengan Aziz M. Osman atau dia siang malam berkepit dengan datuk-datuk. Itu bukan Kualiti Malaysia namanya. Itu Kualiti Bohsia.

Tengok Mawi engkorang tu. Bila dah berjaya, dia tak ingat lagi tunang dia. Sama macam Malaya tak ingat Borneo selepas Merdeka.

MASA DEPAN MALAYSIA

TIGA NEGARA MALAYSIA

Selepas mengkaji senario-senario SEBELUM MERDEKA dan SELEPAS MERDEKA dan setelah mengetahui nasib Borneo sebenarnya tidak dibela oleh Malaya, maka pihak The Four Horsemen dari kepulauan Borneo bermula hari ini bersetuju sebulat suara untuk memecah-belahkan Malaysia.

Bermula dari hari ini, Malaya adalah satu negara tersendiri. Negara Sarawak dan Negara Sabah adalah negara dia sendiri. Malaysia wujud hanya pada nama, kerana bahasa kita sama. Kalau dulu Sabah dan Sarawak berkahwin dengan Malaya untuk buat rumahtangga Malaysia, sekarang kita bercerai Talak 1.

MALAYA KENA PUJUK SABAH DAN SARAWAK

Kebiasaannya bila pasangan rumahtangga kena berhadapan dengan situasi Talak Satu barulah si suami panik, sedar kelalaian dia. Itu yang kita harapkan. Kita harap Malaya sedar kesilapan, kedayusan dan kekulupan dia. Kalau Malaya dah sedar tu, cepat-cepatlah merujuk; kulup tu sunatkan cepat-cepat. Semenjak Sarawak jadi janda ni, dengar khabar Singapura berminat kat kita. Brunei dan Filipin pula berminat kat Sabah.

MUSUH DALAM SELIMUT

Kita buat keputusan nekad seperti isteri merajuk bukan tanpa sebab-sebab yang sah. Ada alasan-alasan yang baik. Sabah dan Sarawak sudah tak tahan dengan kerenah Malaya. Malaya bernikah dengan Sabah dan Sarawak kerana idamkan harta pusaka nenek-moyang kita. Sekarang Malaya nak kita serahkan surat wasiat yang ditulis oleh Tunku Abdul Rahman semasa dia datang meminang Borneo tahun 1963. Surat wasiat itu lah satu-satunya bukti kecintaan Malaya pada Borneo. Tanpa surat wasiat 20-Janji itu apalah gunanya Malaysia.

“Kuala Lumpur: The Sabah and Sarawak governments have been urged to take steps to review the Malaysia Act, the 20-point agenda and other rules and conditions agreed upon when they became part of Malaysia in 1963. The agreements should be re-looked to suit current needs, Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department M. Kayveas said in the Dewan Negara Monday.”

Dalam pengertian lain, dia mahu Point-Point itu dimansuhkan. Agak-agaknya hero bollywood ni tak pandai sejarah Malaysia atau dia terbawa-bawa mentaliti Tamil dan berniat untuk membuka lapangan terbang dan pelabuhan Borneo untuk kemasukkan berjuta-juta sanak-saudara dia dari Sri Lanka. Untuk kesedaran beliau, pakcik petik pesanan British kepada Malaysia.

British Parliament 1963: “Any change in the law made in the Federal Parliament will have to go back to the local territories for confirmation; in other words, that no law can be imposed on a territory against its will. That is extremely important.”

Budak Kayveas ni mana dia letak kepala dia? Kalau tak kerana sekatan 20-Point Agreement dah lama dah anasir-anasir Malaya bermaharajalela di Sabah dan Sarawak. Kita tak nak tu. Kita tak nak negeri kita Sarawak atau Sabah bersepah dengan orang-orang hitam berkempen di jalanraya-jalanraya menjulang sepanduk Hindraf.

Kalau Hindraf hendak berbunuhan dengan ISA atau Melayu, buatlah kat negara engkorang sendiri. Kalau PAS hendak menjatuhkan hudud keatas Pak Lah buatlah kat negara engkorang sendiri. Kain-kain Borneo jangan sampai tersingkap. Kesucian Borneo mesti terpelihara.

20-Point Agreement memelihara kesucian Borneo. Bila ada watak-watak hitam seperti Kayveas cuba mencabul kesucian Borneo dan bila Malaya tak buat apa-apa pada Kayveas, apa gunanya Malaya sebagai suami. Dayus dan kulup.

NOTA TERAKHIR BUAT MALAYA

Buat suamiku Malaya,

Izinkanlah adinda memencilkan diri dari kehadiran abang buat seketika. Sepanjang pengasingan ini, mudah-mudahan abang terkenangkan kisah silam zaman percintaan kita suatu ketika dulu bila hujan rintik-rintik sekalipun tidak dapat meleraikan rangkulan mesra abang. Memori itu hadir lagi. Angin sepoi-sepoi bahasa dari samudera selatan. Ah, betapa adinda amat menyayangi abang saat itu. Tahun 1963. Detik bersejarah. Kita pasangan sejoli. Indahnya bercinta kan, abang?

47 tahun sudah kita bersama, abang. Ada ketikanya adinda rasa terseksa bila abang tidak mengambil peduli perasaan dan kebajikkan adinda. Malam silih berganti. Adinda dibiarkan kesunyian. Barangkali sudah takdir kita tidak bersama selamanya. Sebelum pemergian adinda, disertakan di sini surat-surat gurindam asmara yang mungkin boleh mengingatkan abang pada janji-janji manis mu. Kerana adinda masih menaruh harapan.

Andainya tiada lagi sisa-sisa harapan, kalau nyata abang memang tak menyukai adinda lagi, putuskan saja hubungan kita. Bukan kehendak adinda tapi bila abang terus bersikap dingin pada hati yang mengharap kasih sayang abang, apalah ertinya perkahwinan kita. Biarkanlah adinda membawa diri jauh-jauh, semoga terluput segala kenangan kita. Kalau adinda tiada makna lagi bagi abang, ceraikanlah adinda.

Tetapi sekiranya ada kesedaran pada abang dan kalau terlintas difikiran abang adinda adalah cinta pertama abang, insan penyayang yang berada di sisi abang di masa-masa abang kesusahan, memapah abang bila abang keletihan, memberi air seteguk dua bila abang keletihan, bila kenangan-kenangan itu menggamit rindu, bila abang sedar abang masih menyayangi adinda, kembalilah. Adinda menanti kepulangan abang.
