We periodically review all of our calling destinations to assess where we are able to reduce our rates, and where rates need to be increased to provide more reliable, higher quality routes for your calls.

Our team has recently completed one of these reviews, and new rates will come into effect at or after 12:00 GMT (noon) on Thursday 26th August.

While we always strive to reduce the cost of calling, inevitably there are a few countries where we are unable to sustain our current rates while providing the level of call quality our customers expect. We will work hard to lower these rates again as soon as possible.
