I know calling these destinations for free aint a big deal. Many voip provider offer free calls to these destinations (viz Poketalk). However, either these free calls are limited to 10-20 mins or they suffer from poor voice quality etc. I guess then this very cheap option has prove a good deal. After all 4 cent for an hour is way to less.
