Tuitalk free calling to India option : Minutes officially declared

Tuitalk was one of the very first voip service which started offering free calls to India. At the time it India was included in the free calling country list, we informed our blog readers. I was a big hit with large number of people all over world making free calls to India.

For those who are unaware of this service, Tuitalk offers free voip calls to about 55 countries (India included) in return of watching advertisement. You need to register with Tuitalk, fill your extended profile, download their softphone. Using the Pc application, you could make free pc to phone calls.

After few months, Tuitalk stopped offering its service from India (people can't use Tuitalk in India to make free voip calls), however still free calls to India can be made. Many people reported that Tuitalk offers the free minutes depending on the country you call. For India it was earlier 10 min per call, then it got reduced to 2 min per call.

Now Tuitalk have officially declared the free minutes call duration it offers to different countries. To India, each call will last for just 2 min with a max of just 3 calls per day. (that makes 6 minutes per day)...lol.

Well I guess this makes Tuitalk not worth for making free calls to India (2 min is too less man..). But yeah you can use Tuitalk for making calls to other countries like Sweden, USA, Turkey etc where your call would lasts for 6 min (18 min a day).

Tuitalk reduces call duration to 2 min per call to India

I am sure every regular reader of this blog must be aware of Tuitalk. Tuitalker gained much popularity only when it started offering free calls to India (though they were offering free international calls to many other countries about 40).

Tuitalk free international calls offer (specially to India was a big hit). Tuitalk, a Free Pc to Phone calling service, initially it was even offering free India to India calls but later restricted calls from other countries to India. (People of India were restricted from usin Tuitalk software). I myself used the service for a good period of time. Earlier the call duration was of 10 min (it offered 10min/day free minutes).

Tuitalk post has recently received many user comments informing us about the reduction of free minutes. Tuitalk has reduced the call duration to just 2min/per to a max of 3 calls per day. That makes a total of just 6 min per day.....lol. Are they kiddin...???

When the call rates of Pc to Phone services like Nymgo, call rates of Betamax services and even call rates of calling card like Pingo is so less, why would people still go for these 2min/call deal. (this means you save only 2-3 cents...lol..not even Rs 1.).

I guess Tuitalk seriously needs to think about their update. I am sure a lot many people would stop using their free service. I guess either they are not finding advertisers to pay for calls or whatever reason they need to work it out.

Tuitalk not working : Tuitalk Call Connection Error Workaround

Few days back we posted about Tuitalk offering free calls to India. Tuitalk offers 10 mins/day to India and other countries in the liue of watching advertisements. It worked for many (I am included in this list) but it didn't worked for a few facing Tuitalk Call Error, Tuitalk Connection Error, Tuitalk Login Problems!

Some people were not able to log into their account on Day 1, some were able to log in and make free calls on first day however, they were not able to log in afterwards. Some people were no able to make a call even after watching 10 advertisements.

So, if were not able to make free calls (Tuitalk not working because of Tuitalk Call/Connection Error, Tuitalk Login Problems) then try this trick. Using this workaround (few points), you should be able to make free calls to India. Thanks to our anonymous reader for informing it about us. Hope your Connection problem get resolved.

1. Visit Tuitalk. Click on forget password.
2. Fill in your email address and click send. (You will get a new password in your email account).
3. Sign in to Tuitalk Website using the password provided. Now go to your account settings and change your password.
4. Now trying sign-into Tuitalker (voip Pc application) using the your new changed password. I guess you should be ale to login now, and make free calls to India.
