Lately there has not been much of acitivity in the voip market, so we thought to look at the previous issues. A few days back we posted about Globe7, a Pc to Phone calls provider. The aim was basically looking at other voip providers apart from Nymgo and Mediaringtalk.

1. Upgrade to Nymgo Latest softphone 'Nymgo 4.0 beta release'. The design of the softphone is still the same; however Nymgo has improved the overall functionalities. Nymgo has improved features such as the voice quality, recording option, the address book and performance issues over windows operating system.

2. If you not satisfied by the Nymgo softphone then you can try SIP (Nymgo SIP). Using SIP you can either make Pc to Phone calls or even Phone to Phone calls. Use SIP software like Fring in your phone to make phone to phone calls.

Nymgo Bangladesh, Sri Lanka Unlimited Calling plan expried

As we all know, Nymgo is the world's leading voip provider offering unlimited calling plan. Apart from that Nymgo is also known for offering very low rates to various destination in world. Specially calling to India, Nymgo provides very cheap rates (1.3 cents per minute).

Sometime back, Nymgo stopped its unlimited plan for India, Pakistan. However it slashed its Pay as you go rates so that people can still enjoy cheap rates to these destinations.

Now, Nymgo's unlimited plan for Bangladesh and Sri Lanka has expired. And to keep its low rates promise Nymgo has again lowered its Pay as you go rates for calling these destination.

Present Nymgo rate for calling Bangladesh : 4.9 cents per minute.
Present Nymgo rate for calling Sri Lanka : 7.4 cents per minute.

But this time I guess Nymgo is not offering a good deal for these countries. Specially for calling Bangladesh. With the recent changes in Bangladesh Voip rules, many other voip providersare offering very cheap rates. Recently Vopian decreased its rate to just 2.1 cents per minute. SmartVoip is also offering low rate of just 2 cents per minute.

Well Nymgo this time you are not the cheapest and you need to lower your rate a bit further if you want to keep your promise.
